VSI crushers offer many advantages over other methods of crushing, in secondary, tertiary, quaternary or recycling installation.

They offer; High tonnage, Low capital investment, Versatility, Cubical particle shape.

VSI crushers excel at producing certain products such as;

Chippings, sand production, the elimination of soft stone (product beneficiation), shaping, and clean fractured surfaces.

When installing a Milestone VSI into your crushing circuit ensure that the feed to the machine is a screened product.

If possible, use a feed bin to regulate the tonnage to the machine as this will ensure a “choke fed” situation.

Always make sure that you have a lot of screen capacity because you are going to need it.

These machines are best suited to applications where a high percentage of high quality fines is required.
