In October 2009, the manufacturers of the machines shown below, being concerned about our web site, instructed Murgitroyd & Company of 17 Lansdowne Road Croydon London, to contact us. The manufacturers were of the belief that our web site did not fall within the scope of the provisions contained within Section 11 of the Trade Marks Act 1994. Sureshot wish to confirm that on the web site, we did not show, nor made any reference to the manufacturers various trade marks. We did however show two letters of the alphabet in Capitals and will now try to avoid using the letters D and M.

We wish to confirm that by our own preference; apart from being wined and dined by them! Sureshot has had no dealings with, will have no dealings with, has never had and will never have any connection whatsoever with this manufacturer.

The pictures below show a short history of us refurbishing two of these machines in our workshop, we purchased two used machines, refurbished them and as the customer wanted a different type of gearbox, we purchased two, rebuilt them and extensively modified the machine to make them fit. We have done lots of this work and are good at it.
